Minute of Meeting 21 June 2014

OUMTM 21 June 2014 from 1500 to1745

It was a cheerful meeting, filled with 3 TT and 3 Project speeches.
Classic 3-hr session, also include a new members induction session
and new exco installation by DTN Lee Mengtze


We had two standing ovatiopns:
one to Ong May Sin for her Ice Breaker
and the other for Azizah for her Speech #10.  Azizajh spoke well
both her evaluator (Aamir Javid- ITC) and GE (Vasanthi Francis - KBT Club)
gave her full marks for her deliberate  display of body language.

Everyone ignored the Theme "Anniversary and Appreciation" . They did not pay a hoot to the WOD "lackadaisical".  GE commented that TME RPerumal should have injected reminders to these two.

I was the Grammarian, but my late arrival (by 30 min) put me out vof focus on what needs to be injected from the floor/mentor.  Two non TMs indicate willingness to receive calls/email from Edward to get more info/be goaded to join OUMTM; they are Munirah (CIMB Jln Tun Perak), and Nazar Hussin (XLLN).

As for Radio Time, Siva gave his sales talk for D51Semi Annual in Nov and Word TM convention on 20 to 23 August. Alex tried to sell something and Vasanthi has an Evaluators trg session comming for a small fee.

Ong May Sin -       Ice Breaker, Best Speaker. "About Myself". She missed to state her future intention/ambition in her conclusion. Pointed out by evaluator and GE
Azizah Embong - Speech 10, "Conscious and Unconscious". 
RajaPerumal - TME and Induction.

Mousa Sharif - Timer (needs to be given more minor roles in order to improve diction.
Vasantha Francis - KBTC GE, conscentious,  has a knack of pushing her point with a coat of sugar, friendly disposition, can be given more eval/GE/critics  or any eval related task.
Aamar Javid - ITC Btg, 0192753640 , eval Azizah, got onto salient points, no unnecessary praises.

Both Nazar and Munirah have been informed to expect call from membership coordinator Edward.

NEXT MEET - 19 July 3rd Sat. Meet ends 1741 hrs, with  a quarter Anniversary cake still aval but soon gobbled by nik zaki and ong may sin and RPerumal , Two pieces karipap and 2 pieces Arcott (Akok) untouched , as well as half dozen Marigold orange juice and a dozen cups mineral water left over. Aye mentioned this point on food to denote reaction by Meng Tze to stock up. After I commented the poor culinary show at last meet when only a few cups of mineral water was laid out AND this too was done after meeting was well under way.
